The work

Built, documented, handed over.

Systems built from the ground up across healthcare, communications, financial services, real estate, and growth. Each one designed around how the business actually runs, then documented and handed to the team that owns it.

Healthcare

AI inventory system for emergency medical

Consumable and equipment tracking across vehicles and stations, with lot numbers and expiration dates held at the item level rather than the order level. Restock is predicted from real consumption instead of a fixed schedule, and stock is flagged before it expires rather than after.

The hard part

Emergency medical inventory cannot be reconciled at a convenient time. The system has to stay correct while crews are pulling supplies mid-call and reconciling hours later.

Communications

AI-backed phone and communication suite

A full voice stack rather than a bolt-on: routing, IVR, and call handling, with transcription, intent detection, and call summaries written back to the CRM automatically. The record of the conversation lands where the next person will actually look for it.

The hard part

Transcription is the easy part. Getting a summary that a salesperson trusts enough to skip the recording is the work, and it means tuning against real calls rather than samples.

Financial services

Ground-up CRM builds

Purpose-built CRMs for financial services teams whose process never fit a template. Pipelines modeled on how the business actually moves a client through, with document handling and record keeping built for an industry that has to be able to show its work.

The hard part

Financial services CRMs fail on the edges: the client who is three entities, the account that moves between advisors, the record that has to stay immutable. Those cases decide whether the system gets used.

Real estate

Property management system

Units, tenants, leases, maintenance requests, and owner reporting in one system instead of four. Maintenance moves from request to assignment to closed with a trail, and owners get their numbers without anyone assembling a statement by hand.

The hard part

Property management is three different products wearing a trench coat: a ledger, a work order system, and a document store. Making them one coherent thing is the entire job.

Growth

Multi-language lead capture website

A capture site serving more than one language, with leads routed by language and region to whoever can actually answer them. Translation handled as a first-class part of the build rather than a plugin bolted on at the end.

The hard part

Multi-language sites usually break at the form. Validation, phone formats, address shapes, and follow-up copy all have to change with the language, not just the page text.

AI texting brains

Conversational SMS with a language model behind it. Qualifies, follows up, and answers the predictable questions, then hands to a human at the moment the conversation stops being predictable. Opt-outs, quiet hours, and carrier registration handled properly.

The hard part

Knowing when to stop. A texting system that will not hand off is worse than no system, so the handoff threshold gets tuned harder than anything else in the build.

A few sentences would mean a lot. The most useful ones say what was actually broken and what changed, rather than that it was a pleasure. Nothing gets published without asking you first.
